Our rental apartmen,Success's apartment is a beautiful 44 square meter apartment for rent, that can accommodate up to 4 people and consists of a master bedroom, with a spacious wardrobe and a double bed. The living room with a sofa bed, dining room, a new LED TV and these two rooms have wooden floor while the kitchen The corridor and the terraces have mosaic. The whole house is fully air conditioned ,there are two new independent air conditioning units. One in the bedroom and one in the living room that can be cooled or heated depending on the season. It has central heating, fast access to wireless internet (wifi) available in all rooms. It has two balconies where you can enjoy your coffee or breakfast or swing in the hammock that is there.

The Success's apartment is completely renovated and finished in August 2022, it has new thermal insulating aluminum windows with double thermal insulating glasses, the main entrance door of the apartment is security, the bathroom and the kitchen have been completely renovated with new cabinets, new shower, new sanitary ware.

 The Success's apartment to let is 550 meters from the Kerameikos metro station, 680 meters from the metro station of Thisio , around 600 meters from the metro station of Metaxourgiou.
